About Us
The Spoke Studio is a boutique indoor cycling studio at 36 Main Street in East Hartford, CT, on the Glastonbury line and minutes from the Route 2 and Route 3 interchange. Parking is on site.
Our ride room holds 21 Star Trac NXT bikes, 20 for riders and one for the instructor, under custom lighting and a full sound system. Every ride is 45 minutes and instructor-led. Pedals are dual-sided and take both SPD and LOOK Delta cleats, and clip-on baskets are available for riders in sneakers, so no special shoes are needed to get started.
Rides are reserved in advance at thespokestudio.com or in The Spoke Studio app, so every rider has a bike waiting. Riders can buy a single ride, a spin pack, or a membership.
The studio is locally owned and operated by Weiss Holdings LLC and serves riders from Glastonbury, East Hartford, Manchester, Wethersfield, Rocky Hill, Colchester, Newington, Marlborough, and the surrounding towns.
